Estoppel Disclaimer: Advance payment for the estoppel certificate shall not be constructed as requiring a title insurance agent and/or agency to pay for the estoppel certificate out of funds of the agent or agency, nor as an inducement to tittle insurance in violation of Rule 69B-186.010, F.A.C. The obligation for payment of the estoppel fee shall be of the parcel owner. All estoppel expires 30 days from the date of issue.

Regular Estoppel Request - $ 299 (provided withing 10 business days)

Rush Estoppel Request - $418 (provided within 3 business days)

Please be advised that a $275 setup fee is required in addition to the transfer of the warranty deed. Kindly issue a payment in the amount of $275, made payable to HOA Assist.
